Tobias Moreno., age 65 of Del Rio, Texas passed away Thursday, June 4, 2020 in Del Rio, Texas. Tobias Moreno was born in Mexico on April 5, 1955 to Sabas Perez Moreno and Santa Eva Gonzalez. He is preceded in death by both parents; Sabas Perez Moreno and Santa Eva Gonzalez, sister; Maria Teresa Gomez .
Tobias Moreno will be missed most by his loving wife of 44 years Maria Esperanza Moreno, of Del Rio, Texas, sons; Tobias Anthony Moreno Sr. (Maricela), Joshua Steven Moreno Sr. (Johanna), both of Del Rio, Texas, daughters; Sheris Nicole Moreno of Del Rio, Texas, brothers; Raul Moreno, of Temple, Texas, Miguel Vasquez, of Acuna, Mexico, Juan Moreno, of Tennessee, sisters; Virginia De La Garza, of Cleburne, Texas, Lidia R. Cruz, of Del Rio, Texas, Maria Elizabeth Rangel, of Florida, grandchildren; Citlati Diaz, Joshua Steven Moreno Jr., Amber S. Moreno, Donnie D. Moreno, Jazmin J. Moreno, Tobias Anthony Jr., Anelie N. Moreno, all of Del Rio, Texas, great-grandchildren; Scarlett Lee Moreno, Serenity Lynn Conner, of Del Rio, Texas.
