Mr. Garcia was born in Uvalde, Texas to Eusebio Garcia and Anita Nava-Garcia and is preceded in death by his parents.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2019 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M., and Friday, September 20, 2019 from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.,

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at Saint Patrick’s Catholic Church, Old Loma Vista Road , Batesville, Texas.
Interment to follow at Batesville City Cemetery, Batesville, Texas.
