Velma J. Martinez, age 59, of Del Rio, Texas passed away Thursday, September 26, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas. Ms. Martinez was born in Del Rio, Texas to Raul Sandoval and Marcelina Hidalgo-Sandoval. She is preceded in death by spouse: Luis Villanueva Martinez and both her parents.
Ms. Martinez will be missed most by sons: Luis Alberto III, of Sabinal, Texas; Mark Anthony Martinez, Sabinal, Texas; daughters: Jasmina Martinez, of Sabinal, Texas; Corina (Jose Obregon) Martinez, of Sabinal, Texas; brothers: Raul Sandoval Jr., of Sabinal, Texas; Leonard Sandoval, of Brackettville, Texas; Jose Luis Sandoval, of Sabinal, Texas; sisters: Martha Lopez, of Sabinal, Texas, Geneva Gutierrez, of Uvalde, Texas; grandchildren: Brandon Valdez, Mckenna Valdez, Brooklynn Valdez, Bruce Valdez, Harley Tapia, Gabriela Davis Chloe Davis, Logan Obregon, Mason Obregon, Trevor Martinez, Luis Martinez III, Mackenzie Martinez and Bryan Martinez, all of Sabinal, Texas.
