She was born on August 24, 1946 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Herbert Thomas Giles and Alice Benavides.
She is survived by her son; Bennie Nichols and wife; Marisol of Bracketville, one daughter; Julie Tharp Collazo and husband; Frank of San Antonio, two brothers Jesse Giles of Windcrest, Roy Giles of Boerne, two grandsons; Matthew Tharp, Kendrick Nichols; two grand-daughters; Cheyenne Tharp, Kelina Nichols.
She is preceded in death by both her parents; Herbert Thomas Giles and Alice Benavides, spouse; Ernie St. Louis, one daughter; Christine Diane Tharp, two brothers; Armond Giles, Herby Giles
