Virgil Salmon, age 52, of Uvalde, Texas passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas.
Virgil Salmon was born in Del Rio, Texas, on July 6, 1968 to Leslie Fred Salmon and Dorothy Billings. He is preceded in death by both parents, Leslie Fred Salmon and Dorothy Billings Salmon.
Virgil Salmon will be missed most by his loving wife of 31 years, Mary Salmon, Uvalde, Texas, sons; Virgil Salmon Jr., Brandon Salmon, both of Uvalde, Texas, daughters; Miranda (Abel) Flores, of Alice, Texas, Adriana Salmon, of Uvalde, Texas, brothers; Leslie Lee Salmon, of San Diego, California, Henry Salmon, of Brackettville, Texas, 3 grandchildren.
A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Tranquility, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
Due to Covid-19, no Vigil is being held and the Salmon Family will be reciting the Holy Rosary on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 8:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Tranquility, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Kinney County Cemetery, Brackettville, Texas.
Interment will follow at Kinney County Cemetery, Brackettville, Texas.
Services are entrusted to Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas
