Virginia Nan McKinzie, age 84 of Carrizo Springs, Texas passed away Monday, October 11, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas. Virginia Nan McKinzie was born in Tucson Arizona, on April 28, 1937 to Eugene N. Cayton and Inez Harper. She is preceded in death by both her parents; Eugene N. Cayton and Inez Harper Cayton.
Virginia Nan McKinzie will be missed most by her husband of 65 years, William Harvey McKinzie of Carrizo Springs, Texas son; James (Debbie) McKinzie of Hagerman, New Mexico daughters; Julia (Andy) Scott, of Dripping Springs, Texas Kathy McKinzie, Mary (Bo) Linnartz all of Carrizo Springs, Helen Berg of Green Valley, Arizona. Her sister; Tina (Carl) Carter of Coolidge, Arizona, 13-grandchildren and 12-great grandchildren.
Gentlemen serving as Pallbearers; Will Curnutte of Carrizo Springs, Jim McKinzie of Hagerman, New Mexico, Cody Womack of Hermleigh, Texas, Ian Scott, Eric Scott, Tyler Scott all of Austin, Texas.
A Funeral Service will also be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, October 14, 2021 at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas
Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, Uvalde, Texas
