Virginia Suarez 's Obituary
Virginia T. Suarez, age 87, of New Braunfels passed away Thursday, May 9, 2019 at Christus Santa Rosa Hospital surrounded by her loved ones. She was born September 1, 1931 in New Braunfels to Augustine Torres and Mercedes Medina Torres. She married Pedro Suarez who preceded her in death in 1999.
Mrs. Suarez was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and the Union Funebre De Padres Familiares No. 1 of New Braunfels. She was a wonderful cook who enjoyed making tamales and buenuelos. Her pastime was playing bingo and dancing and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her siblings.
She is survived by her daughters Janie Ramirez and her husband Richard, Maricela Jahns; a son Jason Suarez and his wife Jessica S.; brother Seferino Torres; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren plus numerous nieces and nephews.
Services and burial will be private.
