William Harvey McKinzie's Obituary
William Harvey Mckinzie, age 86 of Uvalde, Texas died Monday, May 2, 2022 at Saunders Senior Living in Uvalde.
Visitation will take place on Saturday, May 21, 2022 from 8:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
He was born on August 29, 1935 in Jayton, Texas to Willie Mae Durham and J.E. McKinzie.
He is survived by his sister, Carol Ann Guerra and husband Bill and their children, Tom Guerra and Beth Ann Guerra Morrin, as well as his five (5) children: Jim McKinzie and wife Debbie of Hagerman, New Mexico, Julia Scott and husband Andy of Dripping Springs, Texas, Kathleen McKinzie of Catarina, Texas, Mary McKinzie Linnartz and husband Bo of Catarina, Texas, and Helen McKinzie of Tucson, Arizona. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren as well as eleven (11) great grandsons and just one (1) great granddaughter!
Pallbearers; Jim McKinzie of Hagerman, August “Bo” Linnartz, Will Curnutte both of Carrizo Springs, Ian Scott, Eric Scott, Tyler Scott all of Austin.
He is preceded in death by parents and his wife of sixty-five (65) years, Virginia Nan Cayton McKinzie. . Bill and Virginia were married in Marana, Arizona on September 4, 1956,
