Mr. Ibarra was a very helpful and respectable person when I needed assistance. He was always in such a good mood and had a great personality. My condolences to the family and friends.

Luis was a great team member to the HHSC Regional IT team for over 10+ years, and did great work supporting out customers west of San Antonio. Luis always expressed how he enjoyed his work, and loved his job. Luis was a pleasure to have personal (especially about 'Snoopy Bear'), and professional conversations with.
